I attend Fullerton College and these are some of the cars I saw today. For the "stance" crowd I guess. Any opinion is appreciated. I don't mind hate because I like to hear opinions.

I don't know what's more messed up, this 2008 G35's undercarriage, or the fact that the DMV marked this car as an Isuzu after it's emissions test back on the 4th of January last year.

The camber stuff bothers me, the Subies look alright. So the BMW is kind of dumb to me, when it stops helping the car perform its not cool for me. I also think it looks stupid but thats purely an aesthetic opinion. The others are not so low that they can't function. The Infinity does kind of tuck them in, who knows how it drives.

At one point, I found this Passat on campus. The V6 sounded great, but he had a lot of trouble at speed bumps.

Oppoinions from a member of the stance crowd:
1. Blue Impreza is not my taste at all. If the owner took all the stickers off and de-plasti-dipped the wheels it would probably look pretty cool. The blue is an interesting color and it looks like its sitting well, but the mirrors need to be body colored and the red needs to go.
2. Legacy looks pretty sick with the light bar. Gold wheels are good too, though it would look better on another set of wheels (gold STI wheels would look amazing). Not a huge fan of sticker bombing in general, but I don't mind it on the roof rack. A Legacy GT hood would also make this car look 10 times better.
3. I want that Infiniti. The wheels look like Rotiform TMBs (though maybe not quite. I'm on my phone), which are nice wheels. Not my first choice, but it looks good.
4. Nope. Owner has wheels that would fit great if he stretched smaller tires (a practice Oppo hates) but the way it is now makes the wheels seem too big for the car... or something. I don't know. It just looks really off.
5. Could use a spacer in the rear, but other than that looks good.

Definitely hate wheel stretching.
I think the problem with the golf is the wheels are just wrong for the car. The offset is too much. The wheel lip is too thick too.

Neither of the Subie's are really stanced, I'd say the STI ride height is about track car-ish, I'm ok with a 4 door G being stanced, because VIP, but the others are..meh,especially the 3 series. So much potential thrown away on it.

It's free and you can search any California plate in their database. Not all plates are there, of course. Couldn't find the BMW in the fourth picture, for example.

Interesting. I think here you have to pay to run a plate. I remember trying to look one up when I saw a guy dropping off a hooker

It's not just the angle, the rear wheel is definitely pushed forward. It seems like that is pretty common with really low Passats.

Yeah, all this site is for is looking up emissions test results.
The folks over at IMCDb use it to look up plates on cars there with CA plates so they can list the car with it's proper model year, though at least one other user there uses Carfax, which gives trim level and other stuff, too.
That's where I found the site, and have been using it since. I even came up with a clever game using Grand Theft Auto V, which has randomly generated license plates in the game that use almost the exact same format, just with an additional letter at the beginning.
The object is basically to find a random car in the game, and search the plate using each of the two letters at the beginning of the plate number and searching them in CA format on the site and see if any matches come up. It's a lot of fun...shame I haven't been able to play the game in a while...
